_Experience as Mechanical and Electrical Qualntity Surveyor and able to leads and manage a team of QS with a clear role of teaching, mentoring and up skulking with a focus in general Quantity Surveying skills such as ( but not limited to ) estimation detailed cost plans, price comparisons, BOQ preparation, method of measurement.
_Analyse the costs of metarial, labor, equipment, sun con data.
_Research materials market price by coordinating with the procurement team and other related.
_Assist the department head in the preparation of costing strategy, options and contractual strategy specific to the project including contract review, contract risk analysis, recommendation,and negotiation.
_Ensure that good customer relationship both internal and external are forecast.
