Micro Finance Institution enroll internal auditor. (or internal auditor trainee)
Requirements: The Internal Auditor for MFI (Microfinance Institutions) need to have enough knowledge and experience in Accounting, Legal, ACCA, CPA and other relevant fields. Internal Auditors need to be good at communication, research, analytical, negotiation, and problem solving skills. They will take the following duties and responsibilities:
1) Develop annual internal audit plan for Audit Committee to review and approve.
2) Make annual internal audit report.
3) Assess a company’s business processes, risks, and efficacy of risk management.
4) Ensure company operations compliant with laws and Prakas.
5) Ensure the existence of policies and they are well implemented.
6) Evaluate internal control and make recommendations on shortfalls and improvements.
7) Promote ethics and help identify improper conducts.
8) Assure safeguards of company’s resources, investigate fraud, and report to CEO or Audit Committee.
9) Follow up the implementation of corrective and preventive actions based on external auditors.
