• Overseeing the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards during Night-Shift.
• Serving as a point of contact for regular and VIP Guests.
• Complete Night Audit duties and assisting other departments as necessary.
• Maximizing room occupancy at best rates and using up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
• Understanding and demonstrating correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy.
• Representing the Hotel Manager and other senior managers in their absence, taking full responsibility of the hotel.
• Managing, recording and promptly resolving issues, incidents or emergencies that arise.
• Demonstrating current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area.
• Acting in accordance with all security and emergency procedures and managing the instigation.
• Compiling adequate handover to Early staff / Duty Manager.
• Attending appropriate training courses when required, and assisting with the Night Team's training and development efforts.
• Acting in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and PMS.
• Conducting annual and mid-year Appraisals with team members.
• Conducting health and safety checks and night walks, and maintaining a good status awareness of all hotel areas.
• Performing other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by the general manager.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or hospitality with at least 05 years’ experience as supervisor or manager.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Good computer skills, with knowledge of booking systems both in-house and online.
• Accountable and resilient.
• Excellent communication skills, leadership, customer contact, and motivating skills.
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Must comply with the standards set by the hospitality industry on professional grounds.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and quickly resolve issues is required.
• Self-motivated, energetic, passionate. Must be well-presented and professionally groomed.
