Delishop.asia is the first Cambodia-based online supermarket providing fast delivery of grocery products, food & beverages, cosmetics, medicines and other consumables.
We are looking for an Operation Assistant who is willing to learn and add value to our company.

*Job Description
- Handle the orders coming through Delishop’s website, making sure the orders are properly organized and information is passed to the delivery drivers in a timely manner
- Ensure timely delivery of the orders and prompt communication with customers in case of any issues or change request
- Dealing with suppliers, from making sure that every product on the website is available to finding suitable replacements in due time

- Manage inventory and out of stock

- Manage the team and report to the supervisor

- Work closely with Operation Manager on new initiatives

* Qualification
- 1-3 years of experience in operations
- Able to read and speak English
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent skills in suite Office
- Team player and able to work well under pressure
- Organized and able to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Keen interest in technology and tech startups is a plus

* Terms of employment
- Monday – Sunday ( Public Holiday)
- from 9am –7pm
- Break 4 days per month + Pchum ben, Water Festival, Khmer New Year
- Location: Phnom Penh
- Salary basis: $300-$400
