Job Responsibility

• Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
• Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and support all internal sales teams.
• Sourcing/evaluating vendors to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships with vendors in oversee
• Forecasting/Analyzing inventory to the future needs
• Manage inventory, costing, and budgeting effectively
• Conduct Market research and Check prices with competitors and maintain internal/External networks.
• Tracking and managing product pricing reports, inventory reports, and cost reports
• Serve as the primary point of contact with all sales issues related to product price and product quality.
• Work closely with the General Manager and all management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems.

Job Requirement

• Master's Degree/Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or relevant field;
• Several years of experience working in business operations, customer service, or related fields.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)
• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Experience in inventory management, costing management
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Leadership skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Data entry and documentation skills.
