Job Title: Operation Officer

Role: The Operation Officer reporting to Operation Supervisor, Operation Manager. Operation Officer is the position important in company and having task to assist Cambodian Natural Gas Corp., Ltd in Cambodia to fulfill their mission of working for the company mission. The Operation Officer often led the purchasing, manufacturing and warehousing departments within a company to ensure consistency and quality of LNG supply service. They also work to improve these Safety and LNG supply to customers.

Reporting Structure / Relationships:

The Operation Officer reporting to Operation Supervisor and Operation Manager.

The Operation Officer works closely with Operation Supervisor and Operation Manager. Other Top Management in each department also Teamwork in company.

External Work with relevant Ministries and coordinate between company and customers.

Internal work with LNG Trading, Marketing Department, Accounting department, Admin department, Legal Department and each department related to company.

2. Major Responsibilities of job

• Daily operation check or inspect ISO tank container (40 feet container), either physical or remote control gasification unit and pipelines.
• Follow rotation plan and on-site daily record of gas station. Any break of rotation plan due to personal reason, should report to supervisor
• Join operation training and feed back to Supervisors often
• Basic fluid mechanic and spare part maintenance (valve, pipe connection, leak detection... etc.)
• Understanding the production, storage, and handling of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) follow the international standard such as NFPA (American standard) or GB standard (Chinese).
• Follow the safety of construction, installation, operation, supply, and maintenance LNG in particular place.
• Responding and managing LNG storage (mobile or temporary storage), re-gasification units, skid mount, and station. Overall, safety manner and implement according to the safety procedure.
• Prevention and gases leakage.
• Timely Report to supervisor and manager in case of any emergency and follow their instruction and Self-review and summarize for accident case
• Self-improving both internal skill and external skill (hardware and software).
• Another task assigned by the supervisor.
Report, Record and Achieve:
• Daily record of the gas station data 8:00 am and 17:00pm
• Refilling record
• Monthly work report to Supervisor
• Summary report in any case should include full information
• Timely collection of transportation and custom files to supervisor
• Achieve the relate file according, and keep docs tidy and clear

3. Position Requirement

• Computer and office technology: Microsoft Office, Internet, Email
