Job Description: Operation Supervisor（Province）
salary : 700$- 1200$

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage the daily operation of province shops and franchisee, control the quality of operations according to company’s standards.
2. Track, implement, and evaluate the operation KPI, improve operation quality.
3. Handle abnormal operation and customer service complaints to ensure service quality standard.
4. Manage staff and franchisee training, improve efficiency and reduce error rate.
5. Coordinate the working connection of province shops and franchisee, follow up other matters.
6. Maintain the safety of team members, property and funds.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the Operations Director.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. More than three years of operational team management experience, with experience in express or logistics is preferred.
3. Good at communication, positive, and strong coordination skills.
4. Have the courage to take responsibility and be able to work under pressure.
5. Good communication skills in Chinese/English.
