Responsibilities:
- Involve for product development, conduct business meeting, demand analysis, and organize information
- Responsible for resource coordination and project follow up-up in the product development to ensure that the product is launched on time
- Participate in the preparation of user operation manuals and organize user training
- Understand consumer needs and competitive product dynamics, collect user and continuously optimize and improve product

Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above in IT, Marketing, Business.
- Have at least 1 year of work experience
- Strong business and data analysis
- For those who have experience in App payment service in preferred
- Have team work spirit

工作职责：
1.参与产品开发，进行业务对接和需求分析，信息整理。
2.负责产品开发过程中的资源协调、项目跟进，保证产品按时上线。
3.参与编写用户操作手册，组织用户培训。
4.洞察消费者需求和竞品动态，收集用户反馈，分析用户行为及需求，对产品进行持续优化和改进。

工作要求：
1、本科以上学历，1年以上第三方支付、互联网平台相关订单、支付、退款、计费结算系统经验。
2、熟悉pos收单支付、kiosk自助银行服务、新零售商家线下扫码支付场景；
3、业务和数据敏感度较强，具有较强的需求分析能力；
4、具有责任心和上进心，具有良好的团队合作精神，积极主动，较强的学习能力。
