International school enrollment sales, receptionist, information and tour guide.
Basic salary: $300 with 2% commission on every enrollment.

Role: Be a proactive go-getter. Sales
1. Be the lively and smiling front face of the school, setting the tone for a fun, energetic, and dynamic
learning environment.
2. Efficiently, warmly, and professionally greet, assist, and engage callers, both in person and via
telephone.
3. Collaborate with the head of school to provide information, coordinate school tours, and entice potential new parents to enrol.
4. Responding to online queries and showcasing our school, Meta Business Suite.
5. Take on additional outside school sales, events, and Ed Fairs as directed by the Head of School.
6. Actively seek out potential new parents and families looking for a new school on social media.
7. Build corporate business partnerships and offer workers discounts to enrol.
8. Contact baby shops and supermarkets to make a flyer distribution deal.
9. Plan outside marketing events in Aeon and other places to showcase the school.

Key Competency Requirements:
1. Mastery of Facebook, social media, and meta-business suite.
2. Stellar communication and organisational skills.
3. An outgoing, talkative, friendly, and positive personality who likes meeting parents and children.
4. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task and be proactive.
5. Native Khmer with good English skills
6. Dedication to completing sales targets and tasks.
7. Flexible, committed approach to the school’s vision, Monday to Saturday.

Specific Responsibilities:

 Pro-actively respond to social media messages and on-line queries, showcasing our vibrant
learning environment and school.
 Coordinate with the Marketing department to manage inquiries and boost registration rates.
 Arrange school tours and provide engaging tours for potential parents, highlighting
our unique offerings and facilities.
 Encourage prospective parents to book their child’s entrance exam and complete the
registration process.

 Radiate energy, greet everyone with a bright smile (no mask wearing) and create a welcoming environment.
 Keep the reception front office area lively, neat, and inviting.
 Wear formal business attire, representing the institution proudly.
 Actively assist parents and new parents, always aiming to find a positive way.
3. Communication:
 Handle all correspondence, from traditional mail to on-line interactions, ensuring timely
responses on Facebook, Meta Suite, and Telegram.
 Keep records updated, including your leads and potential parents lists with contact information.
 Act as the central point of contact for all school-related inquiries, directing them as
appropriate.
School Representation:
 Stay informed about school events, activities, and offerings to provide accurate information.
 Establish a positive rapport with visitors, students, and parents, emphasising open
communication.
 Promote and live the school’s ethos, ensuring every interaction is infused with our spirit.

Administrative Excellence:
1. Ensure sanitation and cleanliness in front areas, creating an inviting first impression.
2. Offer to help school in other departments when needed
3. Aid in organising school events and activities.
4. Take on other related duties, ensuring the school & mission are always at the forefront.
