Experience in the same business as well as manage sales team and understand the company’s products line like Car Park System, Router, wifi, switch , network cable and peripheral, fire alarm, security alarm, server rack, barrier gate, id card printer, security camera, access control, public announcement etc..

Role: Sales supervisors oversee sales teams and ensure they meet their targets.
- Play a crucial role in motivating and guiding salespeople.
- Proper plan for daily visit potential customers for new business opportunity
- Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.
- Represent your organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Develop effective sales strategies to sell these products.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Experience to manage and motivate a team of salespeople.
- Provide leadership and guidance.
- Monitor sales performance.
- Set targets and track progress.

Skills Needed: Leadership skills and experience in sales.
