▪ Fully participate and complete all training programs on sale administration, sale functions, people
management, & activation.
▪ Actively participate and commit to on job training by attaching with assigned sales supervisor to
learn about the sales process, daily tasks of sale supervisor, lady management and activation.

▪ Ensure that all Apsara outlets within the assigned territory deliver assigned KPIs
▪ Ensure full visibility execution in Apsara stores with full POSM deployment following the plan-Ogram and guidelines from the company
▪ Continuously review the sales performance of the ladies and outlets by reviewing daily, weekly,
and monthly sales of Lady and outlets to enhance effective coverage (service and distribution).
▪ Lead and manage Sales Promoter attendance, leaves, discipline, grooming, assessment and
performance
▪ Build and maintain a good communication and relationship with all key stakeholders including
SP (lady), store owners, DE, RSM, Project Champion and others.
▪ Ensure of assets management and administrative document management
▪ Assist APSARA Lady in solving problems with outlet owner and trade issues.
▪ Prepare and present weekly to RSM and stakeholders following Apsara MCDP template
▪ Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
