JOB TITLE : Senior Marketing Officer.

REPORTS TO : GENERAL MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose:
In your Position of Senior Marketing Officer with Gloria Jean’s Coffees (GJC) you are assisting the General Manager in developing marketing campaigns to promote our brand, our products, and our outlets. The role includes planning, advertising, public relations, organizing events, distribution, sponsorship and research. Across the overall performance of your tasks, you have to make sure that all brand visual and graphic guidelines are respected in order to secure the brand cohesion.

Duties:
• Compiling all marketing/communication material from Gloria Jean’s Coffees international platform for our use within Cambodia;
• liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including guests, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations;
• communicating with target audiences and managing relationships;
• sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press/other media depending on the campaign;
• Following up on the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, banners, e-newsletters and others as per campaign specifications and brand guidelines;
• Writing/translating and proofreading copy in Khmer;
• Liaising with designers and printers;
• Organizing photo shoots and other interviews or meeting with media partners;
• Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials with Outlet Managers;
• Maintaining and updating guests’ databases;
• Planning, organizing and/or attending events inside our outlets and outside such as conferences, receptions and exhibitions;
• Sourcing and securing sponsorship;
• Conducting basic market research such as guests’ satisfaction survey, focus groups, competitors’ analysis, market and trend development according to our target;
• Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and campaigns;
• Managing marketing activities within budget limits; sourcing and submitting quotations, communicating contracts and invoices
• Evaluating marketing campaigns;
• Managing GJCC Facebook page and & other social media.
• Keeping GJCC website up to date as necessary using the internal web administration tools.
• Using electronic marketing tools to inform guests and promote products/ campaigns
• Keep stock and track of a unified storage of presentations, materials on marketing and communications, both soft files and printed material, so that internal groups can easily access to.
• Work on a Marketing budget
• Other tasks assign by General Manager
