- Guiding and Monitor team member work on their working process.
- Working with oversea agent and customer service team for checking shipment document.
(BL, PKL (translate if needed), INV, HS code, commodity…..etc)
- Working with VN and THAI agent ( confirm document , submit document, arrange plan for delivery container…..etc)
- Work with border team for exchange information and secure container arrive smoothly.
( container in-out, issue at border and during container arrival…..etc)
- Checking debit note from agent
- Corporate with internal department for other work processing (internal team work)
- Solving the problem, if any occur (container inspect, damage, other issue…..etc)
- Meeting and negotiation with agent (Tariff, conflict, extra fee.,etc.)
- Follow up shipment and empty return
- Do report (Daily, monthly, yearly)
