• Direct sell and find more customers for short term rental service team KPI
• Dealing with customer inquires about the cost of short term rental service vehicles
• Reservation and explaining the term of the STR service agreement to the customer
• Issue quotation, draft STR service agreement, extension service agreement and complete all paperwork related to STR service agreement.
• Assist the existing customer and new customer from starting to end service
• Maintain and managing on existing customer data
• Providing ongoing service to customer and sales support
• Coordinate with operation team to accomplish the work required to close sales
• Control, use, maintain, update on customer, reservations, agreement and report module in Navota system.
• Handle customer complaints/issues if sales-consultant cannot solve the compliant/issue, they can delegate it to a related department.
• Do the weekly and monthly report.
• Other task assign by superior.
