Duties and requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and take responsibility for the cassava starch production process from the beginning to the end of the production process to operate efficiently.
• Control and inspect processes, areas, raw materials in production. and employees in flour production, milling, drying and packing according to the production plan cleaning and maintenance under the requirements of the quality and safety system
• Plan daily operations to meet production and delivery plans.
• check daily report Improving problems in production Investigation to find out the cause in case of non-conforming products or machinery damage to be presented to the respective managers
• Prepare, review, work method documents Clarify and train subordinates to coaching and review and inspect the actual area. that the correct method has been performed
• Prepare a daily shift report to summarize results and follow up on work. Including communicating with supervisors and other relevant departments.

Requirement
• 3 Year experience in manufacturing/Factory
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/electrical/chemical/civil/industrial/Science /or rerated.
• Male/Female age 28 - 35 years old.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High responsibility, positive attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Computer literacy and strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Email.
• Good command of written and spoken in English or Thai
