Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the shipment and delivery of goods to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
2. Arrange the loading and transportation of goods, liaising with carriers and logistics companies to ensure smooth transportation processes.
3. Track the progress of goods transportation, providing timely updates to customers and internal teams.
4. Handle issues and emergencies during transportation, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
5. Maintain transportation records and documents to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
6. Assist in developing and optimizing logistics plans to enhance transportation efficiency and cost control.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics management or a related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, with familiarity in international trade and transportation processes.
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with internal teams, customers, and carriers.
4. Proficiency in transportation management software and tools, capable of independently handling transportation arrangements and tracking.
5. Ability to problem-solve and handle emergencies, able to work effectively under pressure.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
