Store Manager | 店长 (1 Position Based in Phnom Penh)
Working Hours: 8:00-12:00; 13:30-17:00 (Mon-Sat)
Purpose job:
Ensure that the daily operation of the store, maintain customers and handle daily operation issue.

Store Manager -JD
负责 Responsibility：
Conduct day-to-day of operations
1. 负责日常运营
Have strategy and set goals for growth
2. 制定政策和流程
Set policies and processes
3. 确保员工高效地工作
Ensure employees work productively
4. 评估、改进运营和财务业绩
Evaluate and improve operating and financial performance
5. 为高层管理人员准备定期报告
Prepare regular reports for upper management
6. 确保员工遵守健康和安全法规
Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
7. 提供问题的解决方案（例如利润下降、员工冲突、竞争对手失去业务）
Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

要求 Requirement：

1. 拥有担任经理或类似行政职务的丰富经验
Proven experience as a Manager or similar executive role
2. 有规划和预算经验
Experience in planning and budgeting
3. 了解业务流程和职能（采购、运营等）
Knowledge of business process and functions (procurement, operations etc.)
4. 分析能力强和良好的沟通技巧
Strong analytical ability and Excellent communication skills
5. 杰出的组织和领导能力、解决问题的能力
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills. Problem-solving aptitude
6. 汉语和电脑技能熟练，英语或会开车为加分项。
Proficiency in Chinese and computer skills, English or driving is a plus.
