Hotel Engineering Supervisor

Job responsibilities: 1. Familiarize oneself with the layout of water, electricity, and other lines in the hotel, as well as the performance and remote operation of various facilities and equipment, and draft operating procedures. 2. Responsible for daily inspection and maintenance of facilities and equipment, timely handling of hidden dangers, ensuring normal operation, and summarizing and proposing relevant suggestions to avoid similar problems from happening again. 3. Renovation and engineering maintenance work of all facilities and equipment in the hotel, and provide reasonable suggestions for this. 4. Establish a complete set of construction drawings, layout drawings, technical parameters, and documentation for facilities and equipment, as well as maintenance and repair manuals. 5. Conduct on-site inspections of construction and project progress; Responsible for training engineering maintenance personnel on operational norms and standards; 6. Responsible for the working environment of the engineering department, hygiene and safety of fixed assets; 7. Familiarize oneself with the hotel's emergency plan and assist in developing and improving the content of the engineering department's emergency plan; 8. Complete other work tasks assigned by direct superiors. Job requirements: 1. Vocational school diploma or above, major in mechanical and electrical equipment, etc., aged between 30 and 45 years old; 2. Have a strong sense of responsibility and ambition, actively cooperate with department heads to manage work; 3. Able to organize and command the implementation of various work plans of the engineering department, ensuring the normal operation of the department; 4. Those who can operate office software and hold an electrician certificate will be given priority.
