Responsibility
• Receive phone call from customers
• Reply Chat all Facebook pages from customers
• Greeting and provide information to customers on phone
• Response and solve any problems with customers
• Keeping good relationship with customers
• Be cooperate with team work
• Products learning in detail
• Organize showroom/check all samples/welcome clients etc.,
• Other tasks as assign by management/team leader
Requirement
• Associate or Bachelor degree which studies related field
• At least 1 year experience in Customer Service or related field
• Computer literate: Microsoft Office
• Friendly, good attitude, dynamic, and committed
• Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility.
• Good written and Spoken English/Khmer
• Prefer female only, under 30 years old
Working Hour : 8am-5pm
Working Date : Mon – Sat (Half Day)
Online Pages Response: Mon-Sat, 8am-9pm, Sun/Holiday 8am-5pm
Location : Phnom Penh
Salary Range : $ 280-300$
Public Holiday : Follow Labor law
