# Job Description: Key Account Executive **Department:** Sales / Retail Partnership **Role Type:** Full-time ## Role Overview The Key Account Executive is responsible for servicing, maintaining, and growing BuddyRosy’s retail partners. This role focuses on building strong relationships with stores, improving product visibility, supporting sales performance, and making sure retail partners are well taken care of. ## Key Responsibilities * Manage and support existing retail partners, including supermarkets, pharmacies, marts, and independent stores. * Build strong relationships with store owners, buyers, branch managers, and retail staff. * Visit stores regularly to check product display, stock availability, pricing, banners, shelf space, and promotion execution. * Follow up on reorders and help retail partners grow their BuddyRosy sales. * Identify sales issues at store level and propose simple actions to improve performance. * Coordinate with internal teams for delivery, stock updates, invoices, promotion materials, and customer feedback. * Track account performance and submit weekly reports on store visits, sales progress, reorder status, and market feedback. * Support new retail onboarding when needed. ## Requirements * Experience in sales, retail account management, FMCG, beauty, personal care, or pharmacy channel is a plus. * Good communication and relationship-building skills. * Able to visit stores and follow up consistently. * Organized, responsible, and able to report clearly. * Positive attitude and willingness to grow with a fast-moving startup brand. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting tools is preferred. ## Success Metrics * Retail partner retention and reorder rate. * Store visit completion and report quality. * Product display improvement. * Sales growth from assigned accounts. * Strong relationship with retail partners.
