Job Description • Responsible for developing and maintaining local customers in Cambodia and surrounding Southeast Asian countries (Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, etc.) for international logistics business, focusing on core services such as sea freight, land freight, customs declaration and clearance, and achieve the company's established sales performance goals. • Connect with customer needs, accurately provide cross-border logistics solutions for China-Cambodia, China-Vietnam and Southeast Asia (including freight quotation, sailing schedule arrangement, cargo tracking, etc.), and improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rate. • Maintain existing customer relationships, conduct regular follow-up visits, timely respond to customer inquiries, complaints and demand changes, and solve various connection problems during cooperation (such as cargo delays, customs clearance abnormalities, etc.). • Collect information on the Cambodian and Southeast Asian logistics markets, competitors' dynamics, and policy changes (such as tariffs and customs clearance policies), and timely feedback to the company to provide reference for business optimization and strategic adjustment. • Cooperate with the company's resident person in charge to complete sales data statistics, customer file sorting, and participate in the formulation and implementation of sales plans. • Expand industry cooperation channels (such as local enterprises, foreign trade companies, other freight forwarding peers, etc.), build a stable customer resource network, and help the company expand its business in Cambodia and Southeast Asian markets. Job Requirements • Age 22-35, male or female, Cambodian-local are preferred (familiar with local language and culture). • Education: College degree or above, majors in International Trade, Logistics Management, Business English are preferred; those with sales experience can relax the education requirement. • Language Ability: Proficient in Chinese (required, as the company's core team are partners from Shanghai); proficient in Khmer and English is preferred (able to independently connect with local and international customers). • Able to work resident in Cambodia, adapt to the local work rhythm, have strong pressure resistance and execution ability, and possess good professional quality. • 1 year or more of sales experience in international logistics or freight forwarding industry is preferred (those familiar with sea freight, land freight and customs clearance processes will be given priority); fresh graduates or beginners without experience are acceptable, and the company provides professional training. • Possess strong customer development ability and communication and negotiation skills, able to quickly identify customer needs and flexibly respond to market changes. • Understanding of the Cambodian and Southeast Asian logistics markets is preferred; those familiar with local enterprise cooperation models, customs clearance policies and port dynamics will be given extra points. • Possess basic computer operation skills, proficient in office software (Word, Excel), and able to quickly learn relevant tools such as logistics quotation and sailing schedule inquiry.
