Job Description Communication & Coordination - Ensure smooth and efficient flow of incoming and outgoing communications with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Manage and coordinate correspondence between departments, suppliers, and business partners. - Maintain regular communication with vendors, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers. Import & Logistics Operations - Manage import documentation and logistics processing activities. - Oversee customs clearance documentation and shipping compliance to ensure timely delivery. - Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to guarantee smooth logistics operations. Reporting & Administration - Prepare and submit periodic management reports on shipment status, goods in transit, import duties, and tax-related matters. - Generate operational and logistics performance reports for management review. - Support documentation and administrative processes related to logistics activities. Shipping & Supply Chain Coordination - Coordinate shipment schedules and transportation arrangements with carriers, suppliers, and freight forwarders. - Monitor shipment planning and follow up to ensure timely and secure delivery of goods. - Liaise with supply chain partners to ensure efficient logistics execution. Accounting & Documentation Support - Assist the accounting team in invoice preparation and payment processing related to logistics operations. - Support financial documentation for import/export transactions. - Ensure accuracy of logistics-related financial records and documentation. Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - Experience in Logistics Officer or similar role. - Good knowledge of supply chain, import, and customs procedures. - Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external parties. - Good English (written and spoken). - Strong reporting, analytical, and cost analysis skills. - Ability to work under pressure with a customer-service mindset. - Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
