Marketing Manager
Major Responsibility Areas (Describe the major responsibilities of the position) • Develop and implement the annual marketing plan, Digital Marketing, monitoring all company promotion for measurement against desired results. • Create a marketing strategy toward the most lucrative market segments in the automotive marketplace. • Create, implement and monitor the advertising and public relations strategy toward key target markets to achieve revenue objectives. • Responsible for forecasts and budgets of the sales and marketing department. • Stay abreast of the automotive industry trends and recommend changes to positively affect operations. • Coordinate direct sales activities including promotions and familiarization trips. • Prepare all monthly reports timely and accurately. • Assist all management in establishing quality product standards and service levels • Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and share of market performance. • Acts as liaison with news media. • Communicates with customers to determine their needs and interests. • Evaluates market reactions to advertising programs, media placement, and merchandising policy. • Develops surveys and other marketing tools • Tracks marketing results to be certain that marketing objectives are achieved within designated budgets. Takes corrective action when necessary. • Other job as assigned by Sales & Marketing Director. Qualifications, skills, and Experience Requirement • Degree in Business/logistic or related field from recognized institution or equivalent. • Good in written and spoken English & Khmer • Minimum 3-5years relevant experience in automotive industry • High integrity & positive work ethics • Good communication & negotiation skills • Team player • Continuous learning • Self-motivated and has desire to add value and improve. • Computer literate (MS Office Package, Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop etc..)
