#Marketing Manager (Event Planning – FMCG)
Salary range: 1K-2K
1. Event Planning & Execution:
- Plan, develop, and manage marketing events, trade shows, in-store promotions, roadshows, sponsorships, and product launches.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, vendors, and agencies to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact delivery.
2. Brand Activation
- Develop innovative activation strategies that engage target consumers and enhance brand visibility.
- Implement sampling programs, consumer engagement activities, and experiential marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align activation programs with sales objectives and retail promotions.
3. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Work with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that include events as a key component.
- Analyze consumer trends and competitor activities to recommend effective event strategies.
- Support new product launches through creative event concepts and execution.
