KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Receive shipment forecasts and Bills of Lading (B/L) from customers and ensure all booking information is accurate. • Check shipping and customs documents to ensure they are complete and correct before cargo arrives at the port. • Follow up on supplier invoices, enter costs into the system, and submit payment requests to the Finance team. • Ensure all shipment expenses are recorded accurately and on time. • Track container returns and follow up on deposit refunds. • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth shipment operations.
