KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Arrange bookings and monitor pre-allocation according to customer instructions or management guidance, ensuring no impact on the customer’s shipping schedule. • Confirm loading schedules with customers in a timely manner and request necessary declaration documents to prevent container delays and late customs declarations. • Collect invoices from shipping lines or agents promptly, input them into the system, and submit them to the Finance Department for payment processing, ensuring cost accuracy. • Follow up on payments to shipping lines or agents and proactively track the release and receipt of Bills of Lading. • Review customs declaration documents provided by customers, forward them to customs brokers after verification, and monitor declaration progress. Track container arrival status and customs clearance/return information in a timely manner to ensure smooth shipment flow.
