HR & Admin Manager (Urgent)
RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY -To lead in revising/developing and implementing Human Resources and Administrative Management strategies, policies, and procedures in line with the business needs -Develop and oversee the recruitment process to ensure recruitment quality staff accordance the required plans. -Develop training materials and performance management program to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities and company policies -Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution -Overseeing the payroll function process -Managing employee relations -Supervise day to day administrative operations to maintain and reinforce good communication with all operations employees -Keep and fill in order documents relevant to HR and Admin Department - Manage on general office administration, including maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities -Manage and oversee daily, weekly, monthly, yearly HR and Admin operations -Manage on fixed asset register, deposal, write off, used in company and schedule for fixed asset counting. -Daily, weekly, monthly and Yearly Report submitting -Other task assign by General Manager REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. -Minimum 3 years' experience in HR and Admin roles -Strong understanding of HR and Admin policy -Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities -Demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken English and Khmer -Good communications and interpersonal skills -Good Team player and organizational ability -Ability to work under pressure -Be honest, flexible, responsible, smart and hardworking -Knowledge skills in Microsoft office and other system -Other task assign by General Manager To Apply: -Please submit your resume and cover letter to email: [email protected] -Contact number / Telegram: (855) 99 988 773
