Customer Service Executive
1. Receive, check the booking information. Update procedures , contact with customers to ensure the booking process information in accordance with procedures prescribed by each customer 2. Quotations for each customer request and payment tracking system to update IBMS if necessary 3. Convey accurate , timely , and complete customer requirements for stakeholders ( Appraisers, censor reports , send reports every calendar control , schedule control adjustment row , ... ) 4. Answers to questions, complaints, complaining customer / supplier / factory. 5. Responsible for contacts and prepare the required documents and pre / post tests , such as technical documentation from customers , control samples , sample reserved ... 6. Closely associate with the relevant departments to resolve and implement customer requirements efficiently and most timely questions including technical, cost , quality tests , the assessor style ... 7. Exposure , meet and discuss with customers , factories when directed by upper management 8. Participate in training programs and training to improve in terms of knowledge and expertise. 9. Perform other duties assigned by management.
