Procurement Assistant
Job Responsibilities: • Monitoring stock levels. • Identifying purchasing needs. • Researching potential vendors. • Tracking orders. • Updating internal databases with order details. • Conducting market research. • Evaluating vendor offers. • Negotiating prices. • Prepare documents for submit to custom (Evaluation and Clearance). • Preparing documents supporting to engineer and accounting department. • Others task assigned by manager. Requirement: • Graduated in chemical engineering or similar field. • Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. • Excellent presentation and creativity skills. • Basic Knowledge related to water chemistry, pump, motor, etc. • Flexible, adaptable, punctual, and be able to work under pressure. • Proficient in English.
