-Working hours: 8:00 - 12:00 to 13:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Saturday)

Job Description
> Product Management
- Define product strategies and roadmaps aligned with market trends and customer needs.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Manage product performance, lifecycle, and continuous improvement.
> Procurement & Sourcing
- Develop procurement strategies to support business goals and operational needs.
- Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers for materials, products, or services.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and local regulations.
> Inventory & Cost Management
- Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to manage stock levels efficiently.
- Monitor procurement budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Analyze procurement budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Analyse procurement data to optimize spend and improve efficiency.
> Other tasks assigned by management.
Qualification
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or related field.
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement or product management in the retail industry.
-Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Proficiency in procurement and inventory software (e.g., ERP, POS, Excel).
-Commercial awareness and knowledge of retail market trends.
-Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
