- Receive customer orders and coordinate production plans
- Develop samples and manage materials & inventory
- Coordinate order status with sales and customers
- Handle quotations, shipments, audits, and complaints
- Lead the team to fulfill customer requirements and delivery schedules
🔹 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields
- Experience in production or factory operations
- Knowledge of production process and quality control
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English or Chinese
