JD 1 Creating and maintaining sales goals as well as forecasting future sales trends. 2 Coordinating with other departments within a company, such as marketing or finance, to ensure that all relevant parties have been informed of the project’s status. 3 Working with clients to define their needs and goals in order to create effective solutions to meet their requirements. 4 Developing proposals that detail products or services that meet client needs, outlining pricing information and terms of sale. 5 Resolving customer service issues by communicating with clients to explain product features and benefits and answering any questions about products or services. 6 Conducting market research to identify potential clients and determine their needs. 7 Reporting on project status to upper management and keeping them informed about any delays or issues with the project. 8 Develop sales goals and strategies. 9 Maintain relationships with existing clients. 10 To perform any other duties as assigned by Management. JR Degree in business, or a related field. At least 5 years’ experience of project sales management and related experience. Proven ability to solve problems creatively. Excellent communication skills, integrity, ability to prioritize and to work within timelines. Management and sales experience. Good knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and Internet. Knowledge of training programs is an advantage. Good in English, both spoken and written. Strong leadership and communication skill. 3 years experience in construction field
