Key Responsibilities - Source and purchase supplies for all resort departments. - Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers. - Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs). - Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment. - Verify received goods for quality and quantity. - Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate performance. - Keep accurate purchasing and inventory records. - Support cost control and budgeting initiatives. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience, preferably in hospitality, hotel, or resort operations. - Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Knowledge of inventory control and procurement procedures.
