Job Description • Research and identify reliable suppliers and vendors • Compare prices, quality, and delivery terms to select the best options • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers • Prepare and issue purchase orders • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment • Track orders and ensure on-time delivery of goods • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain good relationships • Ensure purchased items meet required quality standards • Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, finance, operations) • Prepare reports on purchasing activities and cost analysis • Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager. Requirement • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field • Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer or similar role • Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain procedures • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Good analytical and organizational skills • Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Possess working knowledge of English • Good computer skills, especially typing, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Telegram • Attention to detail. • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
