Job Responsibilities
 Coordinate logistic job by Chang Riec, Barge and SHV port
 Tracking shipment route and work with shipping line for RM by SHV port.
 Prepare all import clearance document and send to Transportation Company and inform them to arrange truck and labor to receive transfer RM.
 Cooperate with WH team, Transpiration Company to load, unload RM on time to avoid any raising cost.
 Record all shipment data
 Prepare a report announcing the transaction for each quota.
 Prepare import customs clearance and find truck driver to drive VN truck by comply all bio security rule to import sow, boar to internal swine.
 Apply import permit for each shipment for import piglet
 Request notes from provincial veterinarian on import permit of import piglet, sow, and boar.
 Handle logistic job for business farm equipment
 Prepare payment document for accountant
 Prepare monthly report, and action plan
 Other tasks assigned by line manager
Job Requirement
 Bachelor Degree of business management or any
 Able to use the computer Microsoft program and English or Vietnamese language skill.
 Good communication as in English or Vietnamese.
 Good communication and good relationship with government official.
 Knowledge of using any electronic-communication application.
