Key Responsibilities: BOQ & Costing: Prepare, review, and raise accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed Project Costing. Material Tracking: Monitor and manage progress materials throughout the construction lifecycle, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Reporting: Generate comprehensive project progress, quality control, and financial reports. Project Closing: Handhold the project's financial and material documentation all the way through to successful project closing. What We Are Looking For: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Language: Khmer, English, Chinese (Preferable) Software: MS. Project, Mathcad, Tekla, Revit,.. etc Experience: 2 to 3 years of Civil and Steel Work experience in QA/QC, estimation, and costing. Skills: Strong proficiency in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and material tracking software. High attention to accuracy and engineering standards. Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who ensures quality never compromises the budget (and vice versa).
