Capital Arts, Cambodia’s leading signage company, is hiring a dedicated QAQC Officer to oversee and improve quality, supervise fabrication processes, and ensure all signage production is executed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control production quality in workshop and on-site installations
Inspect signage materials (acrylic, vinyl, LED, metal) for quality and compliance
Supervise daily operations of CNC, laser, welding, painting, and assembly teams
Report defects or delays and implement corrective actions
Ensure workshop and fabrication meet internal and client QA standards
Coordinate with project managers and engineers for execution timelines
Prepare QA reports, inspection checklists, and handover documents
Requirements
2+ years experience in signage, construction, or fabrication QAQC role
Good understanding of materials like acrylic, LED modules, aluminum, stainless steel
Ability to supervise production staff and ensure on-time delivery
Basic skills in reading shop drawings and production layouts
Strong responsibility and work ethic
Speaking Khmer required; English is a plus
