1/ Develops and enforce QC standards for printing processes. 2/.Conduct inspection at different production stages ( Pre-press, printing, finishing). 3/. Ensure complain with ISO 9001,FSC, or other certificate. 4/. Identify common defects ( misprint, color mismatches,binding errors). 5/. Work with production team to reduce waste and improve efficiency. 6/. Implement corrective action for recurring issue. 7/. Inspect raw materials (paper, link, coating) for consistency. 8/. Communicate with Chinese suppliers. 9/. Train QC inspectors and production staffs on quality standards. 10/. Lead cross-department to align quality goals. 11/. Handle quality complain from Chinese clients. 12/. Maintain QC report and provide feedback to owner etc…
