Job Summary: Responsible for supervising the daily operations of the pub, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining service standards, leading staff, controlling inventory, and supporting sales and profitability goals. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily pub operations and staff activities. Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues. Train, coach, and evaluate team members. Assist with staff scheduling and attendance control. Support sales growth through promotions and upselling. Prepare operational reports as required.
