• Implementation on sales and marketing strategies to deliver strong business performance;
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic progress reports and updates, and present monthly sales performance to the management team;
• Foster close relationships with customers and industry contacts to be aligned with market on-goings and trends and market situation to achieve business targets and customer satisfaction;
• Prepare proposals and contracts, and review sales work file of assigned accounts;
• Oversee digital marketing and social media branding efforts;
• Conducting promotional activities;
• Researching and analyzing data to identify and define audiences;
• Stay informed about competitors’ marketing strategies, pricing, and promotions;
• Manage company social media and other platforms accounts;
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients;
• Negotiate property prices and terms of sale with clients and
• Other assigned by Management team.
Requirement
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 3 years up of experience in Sale or Marketing/similar positions from real estate or hotel is plus
3. Computer literacy and Chinese language
4. Good knowledge of communication skill and customer focus.
5. Strong time management and result oriented.
6. Outgoing personality, confidence, hard working with positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
7. Desire to go extra and beyond responsibilities.
