Roles & Responsibility:
1. Actively prospect and generate new leads to expand the customer base.
2. Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions.
3. Conduct product/service demonstrations and articulate value propositions effectively.
4. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to closing deals.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of products/services.
6. Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in relate field.
2. Proven experience in a sales role, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed targets.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Results-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
