The Sales Executive is responsible for selling and distributing the company’s FMCG products .
The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring product availability in the market.
Job Description :
- Visit assigned customers and outlets daily according to route plan.
- Promote and sell the company’s FMCG products to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers.
- Ensure proper product display, visibility, and stock availability at outlets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Open new customer accounts and expand market coverage.
- Prepare sales orders and coordinate product delivery with warehouse/logistics teams.
- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances.
- Submit daily sales reports, route reports, and market updates to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
- Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities in the assigned territory.
