Industry: Frozen Meat & Cold Chain Food Distribution Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia Salary: Negotiable Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Field-based) Working Hour: 8:00am to 5:00pm (Sat 3:00pm) Positions Open: 2 ABOUT KN COLD CHAIN KN Cold Chain Co., Ltd. is a growing Cambodian company specializing in the distribution of frozen meat and cold chain food products across the Phnom Penh market. We supply wholesale customers, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and online retailers. We're expanding fast and looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our Wholesale team. THE ROLE • Build strong relationships with wholesale customers across Phnom Penh. • Develop new accounts and grow sales in your assigned territory. • Visit customers daily; meet monthly sales and growth targets. • Maintain accurate customer records and reporting through our ERP system. • Work closely with the Wholesale Supervisor and Sales Manager. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • At least 2 years' field sales experience (frozen food, FMCG, or B2B wholesale preferred). • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Diploma + strong experience also welcome). • Fluent Khmer; basic English. • Own motorbike with valid driving licence. • Honest, disciplined, customer-focused, and target-driven. • Comfortable with smartphone reporting and basic Microsoft Excel.
