About us: Durra Paint Cambodia is a brand from SAC, a paint & raw material manufacturing company from Malaysia which extended their business in Cambodia, experience 35 years in paint industry, focus on green & eco decorative coating. About the role: • Oversee daily sales operations and ensure the sales meets its targets and objectives. • Maintain personal target. • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Prepare and review sales reports and forecasts for director, highlighting trends, goals. • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and ensure the company’s strong • Evaluate and optimize sales processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the sales team. • Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by Director.
