Additionally, Sales Associates build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and contribute to the overall success of the business. Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The Sales Consultant plays a key role in driving sales, providing outstanding customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner 2. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend products or services that meet their requirements 3. Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to enhance the customer experience. 4. Maintain a strong knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers 5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through attentive service, follow-up communication, and personalized recommendations 6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, including cash handling, credit card transactions, and gift card sales 7. Assist with inventory management tasks, including restocking merchandise, conducting inventory counts, and organizing store displays 8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, seeking resolution to ensure customer satisfaction 9. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment Personal Character:
Passionate about adventure and outdoor activities. Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic sales team in a fast-paced and growing industry. Job Requirements: Proficient in English communication. Skilled in using MS Word and Excel. Sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not required. Open to fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience. Salary Range: $250-300
