The Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling GPS tracking and telematics solutions to both corporate and individual customers across Cambodia. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and providing tailored fleet management solutions that improve operational efficiency, safety, and asset security. Job Responsibilities: - Promote and sell GPS tracking and telematics solutions to businesses and individual clients. - Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements in a timely manner - Negotiate pricing and contract terms while ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability - Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers - Understand clients' operational challenges and recommend suitable telematics solutions - Coordinate with the technical and customer support teams to ensure smooth product installation and after-sales service - Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally and effectively - Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high customer retention and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Education & Experiences - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. - Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development. - Experience in GPS tracking, telematics, automotive, fleet management, IT solutions, telecommunications, or related industries is an advantage. - Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
