I. Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist and support the outdoor sales team in handling customer inquiries related to order fulfillment and documentation. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate and collect new orders. - Communicate, coordinate, and verify sales orders between the sales and operations teams. - Issue daily quotations to customers in a timely and accurate manner. - Provide customers with regular updates regarding the status of their shipments. - Monitor and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment settlement. - Prepare and present monthly reports to the Line Manager. - Perform other related duties as assigned by the Line Manager. II. Job Requiestment - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within the logistics or transportation industry. - Good command of English in both speaking and writing; Chinese proficiency is a plus. - Strong communication skills and a high level of customer focus. - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
