Ezocean Supply Chain (Cambodia) Co., Ltd, headquartered in Hong Kong, is a one-stop cross-border service provider offering international sea and air freight, cross-border e-commerce logistics, and maintains strong relationships with shipping lines.
1. Identify and engage CNEE customers, shippers, forwarders, and agents needing SEA/AIR transport β focus on USA, Canada, China routes.
2. Advise customers on solutions related to freight forwarding, transportation, import/export, and logistics services.
3. Provide shipping rate quotations and related service pricing to customers.
4. Prepare and manage freight quotation tables; understand the strengths of different routes and carriers.
5. Manage, update, and maintain relationships with service providers.
6. Maintain strong partnerships with shipping lines, airlines, and co-loaders.
7. Improve the competitiveness of route offerings and develop new business channels.
REQUIREMENT:
- Good Computer skills (Emailing, Microsoft 365)
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and sea transportation.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with USA customers or in logistics sales.
- Stable personality with strong negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written); Chinese Mandarin is a big plus.
- Responsible, positive, and professional attitude.
