KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • To promote & educate customers the products. • To ensure stock level up to date • To manage product merchandising display • To monitor counter & stock condition • Responsible for inventory control • To performance daily & weekly physical stock count • Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services • Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it • Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities • Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements • Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products • Present to customer the latest updated offers issued and prepared by the sales manager in order to increase sales in counter • Maintains the cleanliness of the store by ensuring that maintenance duties are completed and by performing duties such as cleaning windows, sweeping floors and dusting product shelves as required • Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills • Prepare all the transfer orders to replenish stock • Perform other duties as assigned from the management team JOB REQUIREMENT 1. Non/Bachelor’s degree/ in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 2. Non experience/experience in Sale / similar positions 3. Computer literacy and English language proficiency (Chinese language is a plus) 4. Good knowledge of communication skill and customer focus 5. Strong time management and result oriented 6. Outgoing personality, confidence, hard working with positive attitude and ability to work under pressure 7. Desire to go extra and beyond responsibilities
