Responsibilities
1. Targeted Engagement: Focus on the hospitality, travel and banking industries, focusing and serving market segment of mandarin speaking clienteles and business partners.
2. Relationship Development: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, influencers, and both local and foreign businesses.
3. Market Integration: Coordinate with the HQ and regional sales teams to align efforts in penetrating the targeted market segments.
5. Community Initiatives: Organize and participate in networking events, trade shows, and community outreach to promote premium offerings.
6. Feedback & Adaptation: Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to continuously refine commercial strategies.
7. Revenue Growth: Drive business development initiatives that result in increased revenue and market share within the targeted segment.
Requirements:
• Nationality: Cambodian
• Experience: at least 3 - 5 years of experience in similar portfolio / position.
• Language Skills: fluent in Mandarin, English, and Khmer.
• Professional Background: Preferably candidates from financial institution, hospitality or travel industries, specialized in sales and marketing of services or similar products.! Able to take charge and coordinate all sales and marketing activities.
• Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills, a team-player mentality, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Results-driven, with the ability to execute goals efficiently.
